We do not offer refunds. The books are print on demand, and it takes about 7 days to print and bind them. So it usually takes around 15 days for buyers to receive a book within India. International printing and shipping (through IngramSpark) takes longer. If a book is not received within three weeks please let us know, so we can correct it. The courier receipt will be accepted as final proof of delivery.
